Neuquén y Río Negro anuncian medidas por el aumento de casos de coronavirus

Los municipios de Cutral Co y Plaza Huincul todavía no se expidieron

Ahora, se debe esperar qué determinación toman cada uno de los municipios de Cutral Co y Plaza Huincul. La declaración se emitió esta tarde, entre los gobiernos de Neuquén y de Río Negro.

En cuanto al riesgo epidemiológico y sanitario, los gobiernos de las provincias de Río Negro y Neuquén consensuaron establecer medidas de cuidado progresivas, adaptadas y focalizadas en la específica realidad sanitaria, epidemiológica, climática y demográfica de los departamentos que estén comprendidos en la categoría de partidos y departamentos con “Alto Riesgo Epidemiológico y Sanitario”.

En el caso de la provincia del Neuquén, abarcarán exclusivamente a los departamentos Confluencia y Zapala. Estas medidas estarán vigentes a partir del lunes 3 de mayo y hasta el 21 de mayo de 2021, y son las siguientes:

Restricción a la circulación nocturna

Con el objetivo de proteger la salud pública y evitar situaciones que puedan favorecer la circulación del COVID-19, se establece la restricción de circular para las personas entre las cero y las 6 de todos los días. Quedan exceptuadas de la medida de restricción a la circulación nocturna las personas incluidas en el Artículo 20º del Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia Nº 287/21.

Actividades suspendidas:

  • Reuniones sociales en domicilios particulares, salvo para la asistencia de personas que requieran especiales cuidados. Reuniones sociales en espacios públicos al aire libre de más de diez personas.
  • La práctica recreativa de deportes en establecimientos cerrados. Queda autorizada la realización de las competencias oficiales nacionales, regionales y provinciales de deportes en lugares cerrados siempre y cuando cuenten con protocolos aprobados por las autoridades sanitarias nacionales y/o provinciales, según corresponda.
  • Actividades de casinos, bingos, y discotecas.

Actividades permitidas

Las siguientes actividades quedan permitidas, sujetas al cumplimiento estricto de las medidas de cuidado recomendadas por las autoridades sanitarias, y a la aplicación de un coeficiente de ocupación de las superficies cerradas reducido a un máximo del 30 por ciento del aforo en relación con la capacidad máxima habilitada, con adecuada y constante ventilación, y respetando las exigencias previstas en los correspondientes protocolos aprobados oportunamente para las mismas:

Los locales gastronómicos (restaurantes, bares, etc.) podrán funcionar y atender clientes en sus salones diariamente hasta las cero horas, de acuerdo al aforo máximo antes mencionado. Los propietarios y empleados y aquellos clientes que se encontraren en esos establecimientos a la hora de cierre dispuesta, tendrán hasta 60 minutos adicionales para retirarse de los mismos y llegar a sus domicilios de residencia dentro de ese lapso.

Cines, teatros, clubes, gimnasios, centros culturales y otros establecimientos afines, y de acuerdo al aforo máximo antes mencionado, y los protocolos aprobados oportunamente para las mismas en ambas provincias.

Realización de eventos culturales, sociales, recreativos y religiosos en lugares cerrados, de acuerdo al aforo máximo antes mencionado, y con el límite máximo de personas definido por los protocolos aprobados oportunamente para las mismas.

Ambos gobiernos recuerdan y destacan la importancia del cumplimiento de las reglas de conducta generales y obligatorias, a ser respetadas en todos los ámbitos, como el mantenimiento de una distancia mínima de dos metros entre personas; el uso obligatorio de tapabocas, especialmente en espacios compartidos; la ventilación de ambientes en forma adecuada y constante; la higiene asidua de manos; y el cuidado de toser o estornudar en el pliegue del codo.
